Kelsey completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Ball State University. Kelsey completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Washburn University.

She is an ANCC Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.

Kelsey enjoys working as a Nurse Practitioner helping people improve their quality of life through combination of medication management and a holistic approach of balancing out hormones and vitamin deficiencies. Kelsey has experience in helping patients of all ages and walks of life and understands that there is not a "one size fits all" approach to medicine.

Kelsey will plan to start seeing patients in October (insurances pending)

Monday – Thursday 9:00 am-4:00 pm

Self Pay Rates:

Initial Evaluation: $100

Follow-Up appointments: $50

You are responsible for any fees not covered by insurance. Payment and co-pays, deductibles, and self-pays are due at time of service.
